My Name is Caroline Tirran.

I am a certified birth doula (D.O.N.A) since 2001 and I teach hypnosis for childbirth classes with the most effective program to date, the Hypnobabies program.

I was born and raised in France. Being involved in childbirth always fascinated me, dating back to my desire to be a midwife when I was 16 years old.

In 1997, I moved from Paris to L.A., a beautiful city that I love to live in. Here I've met wonderful people that have helped me realize my true calling in becoming a birth doula.

I believe in Holistic health. I also have a level one in Reiki and have studied the Bach Flowers Remedies.

I provide doula services in greater Los Angeles, the South bay, Long Beach and Santa Monica.

My services include :

• two prenatal visits
• establishment of your birth wishes

• constant, uninterrupted support for the entire time of birth.
• massages, visualizations, relaxations tools, hypnobirthing techniques, positions changes, use of the birth ball, yoga breathing
• practical and emotional support for partner
• breastfeeding support right after the baby's birth
• one postpartum visit to review the birth, exchange pictures and admire your baby !
